Hwange National Park has one of the best game-viewing areas. Observe Hwange’s roan and sable antelope on a game drive. The park has elephants.

From Makalolo’s waterhole hide, you can see Africa’s main species up close. Large herds of elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard, spotted hyena, giraffe, roan, and sable antelope may be seen here or on drives.

Mana Pools National Park is secluded and wildlife-rich. Bushwalks, game drives, and kayaking are popular.

Go on a game drive in an open safari vehicle or cruise down the Zambezi River to see grunting hippos and other animals. Local specialties include collared palm-thrush and racket-tailed roller.

Bathe at Ruckomechi Camp and watch elephants eat from Acacia albida (Ana) trees.
