Next, take a two-hour flight to the historic village of Lalibela, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can walk through the ancient village and marvel at the subterranean churches hewn from the rock itself. Unleash your inner foodie and learn how to make traditional dishes like Wat or enjoy a local coffee ceremony. Finally, take a thrilling hot air balloon ride over Lalibela for a new perspective.
